Refund Policy

1. First payment: fully refundable within 14 days of payment, no reason needed.
2. Renewals: not refundable for a period that has started, unless the service was unavailable because of us in a way that prevented its use.
3. Cancellation: you can cancel renewal at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. How to ask: email your order number to support@mubtkrat.com; refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days. For Paddle purchases you can also request a refund from Paddle via the link in your receipt.
5. After a refund, access for the refunded period ends.
