Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Mubtakarat for Information Technology (CR 7027432108, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) processes personal data of visitors to the Lamh page and of its customers, under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and, where applicable, the EU/UK GDPR.

  1. What we collect. Organisation name, email and billing country at signup; technical usage logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and billing. We never receive card data: it goes directly to Moyasar or Paddle.
  2. Why. To provide the service, bill, support, secure it, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Legal bases: performance of contract, legitimate interest in security, and legal obligation.
  3. Document data customers send to the service is processed by us as a processor under the Data Processing Agreement and is not used for any other purpose.
  4. Sharing. Only with our hosting provider (DigitalOcean), our website and DNS provider (Cloudflare), payment providers (Moyasar, Paddle) and email provider, as needed. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
  5. Storage and transfers. Data is stored encrypted in a data centre in Frankfurt (Germany, EU) and operated by us from Saudi Arabia, in line with the Saudi regulation on personal data transfers; for EU customers the Standard Contractual Clauses cover our access to their data.
  6. Retention. For the subscription, then deleted within 30 days, except records the law requires (such as billing).
  7. Your rights. Access, correction, deletion, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent: privacy@mubtkrat.com — we reply within 30 days. You may complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) or your local data protection authority.
  8. Cookies. The Lamh page uses no tracking or advertising cookies; only your display language is stored in your browser.
  9. Security. Encryption at rest and in transit, per-customer keys, audit logging and encrypted backups.
  10. Updates. Changes are published on this page with their date.
